Frédéric joined Carlisle in October 2023 as Financial Manager with nearly 30 years’ experience in accounting and taxes.
Previously, he worked several years as Tax Inspector, lead the Accounting and Treasury Team of one of the largest service provider to the fund industry in Luxembourg participating to its LBO. He has been the Head of Finance and Board Member for a group, consisting in a private investments vehicle holding a large equity interest in an Italian bank, an AIFM in Luxembourg, a fund with 7 compartments and their SPVs with assets in excess of $1 billion, a fund in Cayman Island and a re-insurance company in Switzerland. He was approved as Director by the local regulators (CSSF, FINMA and CIMA) and dealing with UHNWI and institutional investors.
Before joining the Carlisle, he was Tax Compliance and Oversight Manager for a large trust company in Luxembourg, insuring the accuracy of the various deliverables prepared for clients’ companies and funds.
He holds a Bachelor degree in Accounting and Taxes from the Haute Ecole de Liège in Belgium.
