Jessa Mon joined Carlisle Management Company in 2019. She is currently a Portfolio Manager in the Portfolio Management team. She oversees the acquisition of new assets and the maintenance of the insurance database. Furthermore, she is involved in the relationship management with providers, servicers, and custodians regarding documentation and reconciliation for existing policies and new purchases. Prior to joining the company, Jessa had an internship in audit at one of the Big 4 firms and shortly a work experience at an EU financial institution.

She studied Economics and Management at the University of Luxembourg.
